Maya Mystery School of Northern California is an extension of the international Maya Mysteries School located in Merida, Mexico.

Hunbatz Men, founder of the Maya Mysteries School is a renown author and sacred Mayan Timekeeper. His earthly mission is to preserve and pass on the knowledge of the ancient calendars and sacred geometries for future generations of Mayans. As we approach the end-times, Hunbatz is revealing this information to all initiates of all cultures to prepare for the big shift that is to occur in 2012. This preparation includes initiations at sacred sites and teachings related to the sacred geometries of the ceremonial centers. Hunbatz currently runs the International Maya Mysteries School and Initiatic Tours in Merida, Mexico.

Dawn Abel, Director of the Maya Mystery School of Northern California and Editor of the Maya Mystery School website, is an initiate of the International Maya Mysteries School.  She has walked with the elders and ancestors who have appointed her crystal skullkeeper and protector of the ancient ways, and have asked her to relay the information of the prophecies and end-times as they are passed to her from both linear and multidimensional sources.  As a professional educator, journalist, technology writer and political activist, she has been tasked to organize, educate, and present information, as it becomes available, to those ready for this transformation, and to help with the prophesized hyperdimensional shift of 2012.
